Bramber Construction is a medium sized building Company operating in the south of England providing main contractor services to public and private sector clients. We care about the environment and are committed to pursuing sustainable developments. This is Bramber Constructions commitment and goal.

We are proud of the contracts we have developed to-date such as those that use recycled materials, reduce the amount of existing hazardous materials in our built environment through schemes such as asbestos removal, and positively seek to reduce the long impact on the environment by reducing energy consumption by building energy efficient homes when we undertake a development.

Just as Bramber Construction seeks to continually improve its performance in health, safety and quality, it is committed to developing a positive environmental culture. This commitment and culture is driven by the management team and implemented by those involved in day to day control of its processes and service standards. As part of this, we are looking to commission a company wide, environmental audit to examine and review our current environmental performance. This information will give us objective measurements in order to identify areas for improvement, enabling targets to be set and the necessary action plans to be implemented. In addition, we will continue to review and adopt best practice industry solutions in order to minimise the risk of all forms of pollution from our own operations, wherever possible.

Bramber construction is also developing an environmental management system, based on ISO: 14001, as an integral part of its existing health, safety & quality management systems. It is Bramber Constructions intention to work towards ISO14001. This will ensure caring for the environmental becomes an equally important integrated and fundamental part of every day business culture. Appropriate resources are made available to ensure that this environmental policy is fully implemented. We will seek to educate and train our staff to act in an environmentally responsible manner and would like to hear from anyone within or outside the company with ideas on how we can improve our environmental performance.
